Content Guidelines

What you can — and cannot — tokenize on RWAfy.

1. Ownership

You may only tokenize work that you own outright or for which you hold written authorization from every rights holder (composers, co-writers, label, samples). The cryptographic attestation in the launch flow is a binding declaration of these rights.

2. Prohibited Content

  • Copyrighted material you do not own or license
  • Impersonation: tokens that present as another artist, brand, or public figure without authorization
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting a person or group
  • Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content depicting real-world violence
  • Token names, symbols, or descriptions containing slurs or explicit content used as advertising hooks
  • Anything illegal where the creator or majority of holders reside

3. Token Metadata

Token names and symbols are public, indexed by external aggregators, and visible to wallets globally. Choose a name that you would be comfortable defending in writing.

4. Takedown Process

If you believe a token violates these guidelines or your rights, email legal@rwafy.io with the token mint address, the violation, and proof of ownership (for rights claims). We review reports within 7 business days.

Confirmed violations result in delisting from the explore page, forfeiture of accrued creator fees, and possible referral to law enforcement. The bonding curve and on-chain pool are not affected — RWAfy cannot censor on-chain state.

5. Disputes

Good-faith disputes between rights holders are resolved through the same takedown process. We may freeze creator-fee distribution while a dispute is open.
